Welcome to my Year 6 learning blog. This year I am in Room 25 and my teacher is Mr Samaka. I enjoy gaming because most games you can play online with all of your friends. A goal I have this year is to get 70 ticks. I hope you will enjoy my blog and leave lots of feedback.

Telling and Measuring Time

I am lerning about telling and measuring time.

I was able to understand 24 hour time and understand the difference between am and pm.

I found this easy because i have done this before.

My next step is to help other poelpe and help myself.

I am lerning to wirte write a sentence for each letter of DASH.

I was able to use descriptive adjectives.

I found this easy because I have done this 5 other times.

My next step is to make it shorter.

The Young Eco-leaders Awards

I am learning to identify different uses of colloquial language in the text.

I was able to explore the structure and features of a narrative text.

 I found this challenging because we had to identify lots of slang.

 My next step is to choose different words.

A Dangerous Voyage

I am learning to think of thing that could happen in the book.
I was able to get 6 things that could happen in the book.
I found this challenging because i had to make lots of predictions.
My next step is to put make more predictions.

I am learning to Recognise Decimal Fractions.

I was able to Recognise Decimal Fractions.  

I found this easy because we learnt about it in term 2. 

My next step is to work out harder Decimals.
